John McCartney currently serves as the Managing Director, West Coast at Wise Public Relations, a boutique PR agency with offices in New York and San Francisco. Additionally, John is President-Elect of the PRSA San Francisco chapter. In 2013, John was named to Business Insider’s Top 50 PR people in the Tech industry. In 2015, he was named to Hot Topics’ Top 100 Tech PR Agency Executives in the world.
John currently sits on the Women Who Code Board of Advisors, and the Public Relations Society of America San Francisco Chapter Board of Directors. He teaches a Public Relations 101 class at General Assembly in San Francisco. He is also a PR mentor to startup entrepreneurs with ReadWrite Labs. His guest contributed articles have been published in media outlets such as Bulldog Reporter, PR Daily, PR Newser.

David is a Demand Marketing Strategist that’s spent two decades working in PR and marketing for multi-million dollar brands and startups developing creative growth strategies and communications plans to jump-start new opportunities. David is currently the Director of Demand Gen at TrendKite where he leads a high-performing marketing team in the development and execution of ABM strategies to exceed inbound lead goals.
He holds a BA in Marketing from Texas Tech & he’s led marketing teams for companies including Blackbaud, National Instruments, Hoover’s and Silicon Labs. David keeps busy coaching little league & volunteering as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America.
