Hi, hola, 您好, नमस्कार, hallo, ciao, bonjour, and привет there,
Ok, pardon the hackey intro, but it's with good reason that I dive into my trusty bag of clichés, because today we're announcing the expansion of our PR coverage source base to include over 90 different non-English languages. This new feature means that TrendKite customers now get global PR coverage reporting and tracking in a ton of other languages.
Aside from this being our most requested feature enhancement, we also realize that people write about really exciting things in languages other than English and thought it would be great if you were able to find them in TrendKite. Just think how much faster David Hasselhoff would have realized he was a pop icon in Belgium if he'd used TrendKite.
By default, you will see these languages in all your new dashboards. Old dashboards and reports won't be affected as we've applied an "English Language Only" filter to them automatically for you. If you'd like to update your old dashboards or reports (or if you'd like to only see English language mentions in new dashboards or reports), here are the easy steps:
Step 1: Click "Edit Dashboard"
Step 2: Click "Content Filters"
Step 3: Click "English Language Only" filter
Step 4: Click "Save"
Access to our new language sources is available for immediate use, so dig in and enjoy. As always if you have any questions about how to use this feature or have any questions regarding anything else, please feel free to leave a comment below or reach out to our Customer Success team at email@example.com.
